WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
I am flexible to schedule changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so within 48 hours. Any "no call, no show” will be charged 100% of the service booked.
A "no call, no show” means that: (i) you failed to inform me that the session needed to be canceled, (ii) you failed to reschedule the session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or (iii) you and/or the dog did not appear for the scheduled appointment.
Also, please understand that being late for a session unfortunately cuts into our time, as I will need to leave at the scheduled time.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Once a session is payed for, there is a no refund policy after the cancelation window closes. There may be exceptions on a case by case basis.
DO YOU GUARANTEE TRAINING RESULTS?
There are no guaranteed specific behavior changes, as results depend on the client’s commitment, consistency, and follow through, as well as other variables that can’t be controlled. However, I am committed to providing insight, information, and other helpful resources, while using evidence-based techniques to set you and your dog up for success in your training goals!
